The WFAA Program is designed to provide advanced support for Albanian female founders to explore opportunities for business expansion regionally and globally. Through our 3-month program, we offer intensive bootcamp weeks, virtual sessions with industry-leading experts, individual support from experience mentors and investors within Europe and North America, and get you investment-ready.

The cumulation of everything learned during the program will be showcased during a final bootcamp week ending with a demo day. The Demo Day brings together our female entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, donors, sponsors, and the wider community to showcase the achievements made throughout the Program. Demo Day is the time for each startup to showcase the achievements made throughout the intense months of the accelerator program.

What Happens After you Finish The Women’s Founder Accelerator Program?
Welcome to our alumni community! Leaving our program investment ready, well-equipped to scale either vertically or globally, but also know that as alumni, you continue to have ongoing support long after the program is complete. This includes special alumni events, mentoring, and continuous engagement with WFNA and Spring.

The Women Founders Accelerator in Albania led in collaboration by Spring and WFNA, is a three-month Accelerator program exclusively focused on women-led startups from across Albania, and the first of its kind in the Western Balkans. This unique experience-based Accelerator follows a hybrid model where startups are immersed in high-intensity bootcamps, complemented with expert-led online sessions.

The Women Founders Accelerator in Albania (“WFAA”) has a mission to accelerate the growth of female entrepreneurs in Albania and ultimately make an impact on creating a gender-balanced world. With oly 3% of venture capital funding going to female-founded startups, the WFAA is contributing to the growth of female entrepreneurs regionally and globally.

A community that brings together Women Entrepreneurs and aspiring founders in Albania.
